Youth Any Bull Tag.

When the Division turned the Oak Creek South and Beaver West units to Any Bull this year I was excited to put my 12 year old son in for the Youth Any Bull Tag. I was just looking into the boundries for the Youth Any Bull permit, and these units are not included in the Youth Any Bull tag boundries. Is this an oversight by the DWR? I have never looked into these tags before this year, I just assumed the Youth Any Bull Tag allowed the youth to hunt all Any Bull Units.

Pretty sure their updating maps on the DWR web sie..
Quite a few are down or being updated.

And for Oak creek, Wesr Beaver, I suspect both areas will
be VERY busy come the youth hunt.
In-fact, could be down right over crowded.

I hope they are just updating, As of yesterday the Oak creek south and Beaver west are not included in the boundries for the youth any bull early or late hunt.

Boundaries ARE updated now in the Utah 2013 application guide book.

ElkManDan, can you send me the link for the draw odds on that hunt? I have been putting my daughter in, but have never seen the draw odds or the amount of tags they give for either hunt. Thanks for any help.

NO IT'S NOT!
Unless you have access yo private ground OR have horses,
and know a unit EXTREAMLY well. I would rank it as one of
the very worst........Most of Utahs general deer is FAR better than the youth elk.IMO.
