Private land, adjoining CWMU boundaries that jog all over - trust me trespassing will be a huge problem with that hunt. I am betting it will be a one and done hunt due to such problems.

At the NE Rac meeting they talked about this hunt. It is a private land hunt to target elk that are getting into haystacks and feeding off landowners fall feed. Shouldn't say this, but its probably one of those land owners that won't allow you to hunt on their ground
