Any body have any info to share on this unit? My cousin put the wrong hunt number on his app and drew this hunt. It seems to me that it should be a good area but lookin for any input. Thanks for any help.

I have a friend who hunted this unit last year. All private and he had to pay five thousand for acess he shot a 340 bull.

Not much public land, if any in elk country. I know a guy who owns a big chunk of the area and he showed me some 370+ sheds and kill shots of great bulls from his property. PM me if you want info.

I guess he'll have to pay to play. I thought with spending only 1 point it was a no brainer to keep the tag. But with no public ground that might change things. When is the last you can turn back in? Next step is to see how much $ it would take to get some access. Thanks for the help guys. Any good landowners phone #'s available that you guys know of?

could be pretty good if you know where to go. lots of scouting needed is open to public in some spots
