MY BULL AND BUCK WITH REDD RANCHES

WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HUNT WITH MY GOOD FRIEND AND GUIDE DAVID REDD ON REDD RANCHES. STARTED OUT TO BE JUST DEER HUNT BUT A ELK TAG BECAME AVAILABLE AT THE LAST MINUTE AND THE PICTURES TELL THE STORY.
KILLED THE BUCK THE FIRST DAY (SEPT. 1st)AT 490 YARDS, SCORED 176".
ON THURSDAY HEADED TO PRICE TO GET THE ELK TAG.
WE PASSED A 350-360 BULL ON THE FIRST MORNING. ON SUNDAY MORNING WE WERE FOLLOWING THE BULGING BULLS ALONG A CREEK. WHEN WE GOT TO SOME BEAVER PONDS THIS BULL WAS IN THE CLEARING AT 350 YARDS. MADE THE SHOOT WITH MY NEW 300 ULTRA MAG. BULL WAS BY HIMSELF WITH NO COWS.

Congratulations, those are two great animals. That's one fine looking rifle you have also. How's it shoot? I have my stock, barrel and misc. parts and should have my action by Friday, then it all gets shipped to the smith.

THE RIFLE SHOOTS GREAT, IT WAS BUILT BY KIRBY ALLEN IN MONTANA.

I HAVE ONE MORE HUNT IN COLORADO AND WE HAVE SEEN SOME GREAT BUCKS.
