Wyoming Elk Unit Help

I'm a non-resident with max points. Looking for information or help on choosing a unit. I've been considering unit 2 or 23. If anyone has information that they'd be willing to share I would appreciate it. Or any other unit that would be a good choice with max points. Looking to go hunting in 2010. Thank you!

I hunted area 2 ten or twelve years ago, the hunt was in cooperation with private landowners so there were seperate rules involved, no preseason scouting and a few other things. I enjoyed the hunt. You can find some places to walk and there is a small WSA in the area. There were some nice bulls around there, so I imagine there still is. It could have changed a bit since then, as I know they have been drilling for gas/oil there.
