This is my grandpa's bull he killed a couple years ago. He has taken a lot of animals with only 2 trophy class animals. This bull and a 35 wide 10x14 muley that he gave to his hunting partner because he needed the meat a lot worse than my grandpa. I will try to dig up some pictures of the buck but here's his bull.

He is a high fence bull but the hunt was still very challenging for him and he had the time of his life. I know a lot of people here don't like high fence hunts but it is a very good thing in this case.

I love seeing Big Bulls period.

High fence or not, it sounds like there is some kind of story behind the bull and im sure fond and lasting memories.
I think it is great and a bull of a lifetime if my .02 means anything. My last hunt with my grandfather was a bull hunt. It would be the last time he carried a rifle afield. It was very hard on him borht physically and emotionally. He always wanted a "big" bull for the wall but it was not meant to be. However if he had got that bull early on I may not have had as many opportunities to hunt with him before the end.
Thanks for the picture and the words, it brought the memory of that hunt alive again tonight. I will always remember him, my dad and me standing in the field wacthing the Arizona sun drop below the horizon. The three of us knowing it was his last, but cherishing every memory we made and who we had become together as hunters and family.
