I drew a tag in 16A for the September 11-18. I have hunted unit 34 in New Mexico but never the Gila. I am a backcountry hunter and have no problem getting away from the road. I have all the maps for the area but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Maybe at least a jumping off point. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
