That bull is deffinately a no go on a utah spike only unit. He forks above his ears.

i"d shoot him. it honeltsly doesnt look like he branches above his ear... it would be kinda hard to tell on the hoof though... but if i had a good look at hi, it looks lke all the branching is lower than where his ear wold reach... my two cents here...

I think the picture shows that this bull DOES NOT fork above his ear... But, I'd be too chicken of gettin it wrong...

As a side note- I was once fishing the Green River up near Flaming Gorge. If I remember correctly, the law was an angler could only keep a fish that was over 24"... I caught one that I knew was close, but turned it loose anyway, leaving me with nothing but a good story.
Upon returning to camp, I laid my rod down on the cooler with measurements on it. From the end to where the fish stretched to, it was 24 1/8"... I wouldn't have taken that chance, and is seems I wouldn't take this chance either...
