There are some good areas. Deer are plentiful in some areas---nearly devoid in others. I suppose just like anywhere else. The tough part is---sometimes two areas look just the same, yet one will have nothing and the other will have good #'s.
Be aware that the north side closes 2 weeks earlier than the south and the east side is special permit only. Make sure you read the regs closely.
Very few real large bucks, but can be a very fun hunt. Good luck.
