Looks like somebody is really bored, wrapping rope thru one of their deer mount's antlers and then taking photos? Isn't that siding from a house in the background???
And so what is the point here?

This deer is alive and still walking around with all that rope on his horns. It was taken early this morning. I thought it was pretty weird. It is the sky in the background that is why it is out of focus.

I have seen antelope this way. Oh and it looks like power lines in the back ground.

Just have to hope he doesn't lock up tight with another buck during the rut , could lead to death for both deer. Pretty wild. I'd contact the Game & Fish , maybe they could find this buck and dart him and cut the rope off.
