Utah Youth Late Season Bull Elk - Vernal

I am just looking for some places to start or maybe some landowner information which I could contact to get some permission. Thanks

No offense buckamrk, But what ever you do don't do this. Check the regs you can only hunt out by Vernal. The late hunt does not get the same advantages as the early.
