I passed on some great typicals that I would have been bigger than this buck but I wanted to find a non-typical. he wasnt the biggest buck on the mountain but he is a great buck and I am happy with him.

He's a pretty loking buck, should look good on the wall.

I might have video of this buck in the velvet. I spent some time down there during July and took video of several nice deer.

I have video of a buck that looks very similar.

tabbyhntr I thought the same thing before I shot this buck. He would have been a monster in a couple of years. I just couldnt pass him up after seeing those extras he had.

gator I will have some time tonight to post the story of my hunt. It was a great hunt with a ton of deer and I would recomend it to anyone who loves to see 20 buck a day. Granted....most of the buck are small but just the same, they still get your blood pumpin....talk to you all soon
