One more Big Sask Buck

Went out with a couple buddies today. I was using a fawn in distress call and called in a doe that had this guy behind her. Warren has been known to have horse shoes up his ass. This is the 3rd time in 4 times out that he has taken a big buck when out with Tyler and I. This ones grosses 192 3/8. His last two went 225 and 200. I am pretty sure I made a mistake earlier this year when I passed this buck up with the muzzleloader.

You always have the greatest pics and the bucks up north there are huge.

BTW - in most of your pics you guys are not wearing camo...what is up with that? Are the deer just as easy to hunt without it or what? I may be totally wrong, but some of the pics have you guys in regular clothes. Was just wondering.

I would love to hunt up north this time of year during the rut. Looks like you have found some great areas to hunt and the scenery is great as well as your photographs. You have a great eye SASK!

During rifle season you have to wear a complete upper layer of red, white, blaze orange or yellow with a red or blaze orange hat. Warren had just taken off his red jacket for the photo. Camo is fine for archery and muzzleloader.

What a great buck! Not sure how you were able to pass on him earlier. Perhaps your buddy is lucky but you have to be able to put yourself in a position to take advantage of an opportunity and he's obviously done that by hooking up with you. Great field shots as usual! Thanks for sharing Sask.

it's a little smaller

, I should have pulled the trigger on this guy I guess. I had trouble judgeing this one the first time we saw him.
