Big Muzzloader Buck

Shot this buck on opening morning of the Muzzy hunt. Made a bad shot on him and looked for the next 4 days. Finally found him on Sunday. Lost all the meat and the cape. I was pretty sick to my stomache till we found him. Any guesses on a score?

Nice buck no matter what it scores. I would guess 160 but I'm no expert. Im glad you guys found him after all the effort. You can buy a cape and still get him mounted.

I would guess high 170s. Way to stick with it. I am surprised the coyotes and birds did not have it down to bone after four days. It may have lived a couple days too.

Thanks for all the positive comments. It was a long 4 days, but it paid off. We scored him at 185 3/8s. By the way I am looking for a cape if anyone has one they would like to sell. Thanks again to everyone.
