I can't seem to find it anywhere, but doesn't a certain amount of tags go to youth and older people? If so, what is the age cut off? Thanks

1/3 to Youth 18 and younger. 1/3 to Elderly. I believe the cut off is 65?? Not sure on that one. 1/3 to the regular draw.

Not that big of a difference but its actually 30%youth, 30% elderly and 40% regular draw.
