I was down there looking for elk when i ran into him. I wish i had a deer tag... Maybe ill keep an eye on him.

Yes i am very curious how much he will grow. I found a bull last year june 29 and he did not add much after that. We found him 3 more times and ended up takeing him. I hope that deer keeps growing. Whats the guess?

How has that buck survived the Utah pumpkin patch hatch the last few Octobers? Great looking buck, but definitely not the norm on that unit.

Wonder if this is the same buck that was posted on here last summer from the books?
Elkassassin if I remember right knew about him but I don't think he was the one who posted the photo. It was a younger buck with awesome potential.

I would love to see the last years pic. He was off the beaten path for sure. I will look for him next time I go down. If he stays close I should be able to find him again. I was at 15 feet the first time. Hope he gets smarter and doesn't find an arrow.

This pic was 2 weeks after the original. What do you guys think he will score? I had another MM guy contact me said his wife had a bow tag this year so I decided to give the location to him and he found the buck and took this pic.

Great looking buck, good luck to the bow huntress. If he is in range I'd send an arrow his way also. Yes, I do have a Books bow tag. These pictures just make it harder to sleep each night. I haven't found him but seen a nice buck on my list for opening morning.

Very sweet buck for the Books. I haven't seen too many non-typicals out there. The biggest one was a straight 5x5 that was over 180", but not a crazy one like this.

Thanks for sharing. Sure wish I had drawn my tag this year. I don't think I'll be putting in for the Books anymore... Too many points now.
