Great looking trophy. Must be the raffle tag holder since there isn't any water marks from an outfitter. Or, the nimrod used his rifle instead f archery equipment. What unit Bess?

Heard it's a raffle tag buck. Pretty sure it was guided from the person that I saw post pics on FB.

Justin Hill is a good friend but just tagged along, the buck wasn't killed anywhere near the private land he operates off. Buck grosses 233 and 205 typical. Lucky kid is 21 years old and also drew a sheep tag this year....

CB. Because Justin Hill was involved and had videos and said "Big buck down.... I can't tell you how blessed I was to find this deer and put him to rest this morning... Co giant 232 7/8" Sounds like Justin is taking credit for it. Since I saw somebody else actually killed it I knew Justin didn't so figured he guided it. Maybe he could of said "I got to watch my good buddy put this buck down this morning"

Again great buck to the hunter.

LAST EDITED ON Aug-29-16 AT 08:12PM (MST)[p]This is justin Hill and to clarify a few thing I've known grant and garret gillespe for 6 or 7 years they are good friends of mine they called me the night he won the tag i found the buck and we played cat and mouse with him for 2 weeks till we killed it i did not guide them they are great friends... it was a high country buck within 3 miles of wilderness and as far as unit goes a man never kisses and tells.. killed with a rifle
