my dad, uncle, and two couisins just got back from a week of hunting in the greys river area. my uncle killed a 24" 4x4 with good mass, and good body size, my cousin jeff shot, and slightly wonded a 140-150 class 30 some incher. the rest got skunked. my dad said it was really dissapointing how m uch the hunting has gone down hill there, he said that there u might walk and glass and see 3-4 buck 10-20 deer total, wheras here, in a porly managed area, with not the greatest deer numbers, u can see 10-15 bucks in a day and 40-70 deer. he said it is just better off to save the money and hunt over here from now on. he said there are way too many huntrs too, said he has seen less people in a day on mainstreet here in town.

Well atleast they got thier deer. You really got to know that regoin if you want to get a big buck. They are there i see them every winter. It doesnt matter where you hunt if you dont put in tons of times and effort before and after season there is a good chance you'll walk out with a big deer, but then sometimes you get lucky. Glad to hear they had a successful hunt.
