Does anybody know of a good game processor or butcher shop in the Elko area?

He did three deer for our group back in 2005 and very well done and fast too.
PM me if you want his name, address etc. You can call him or leave a message and make sure he is still doing it. He learned the trade from his father in MT where he was from till moving to NV.
Oh yea, it is all deboned meat too.

I think I use the same one Kilowatt does. Very good, does it out of his home. No BS, just good cuts of meat.

Another option is Martin Kraft, 775-753-9747 or 775-934-4970. I suggest calling him and talking about prices and turn around time in advance. Sometimes a nonresident can be in a hurry and turn around time matters.
I also have used a guy named Mark Torrence and he is very good. Due to some health issues he is sometimes doing it and sometimes is not. But when he is doing it he does a wonderful job.

The guy Killowatt is talking about does a great job also. I've never used him yet but I've heard nothing but good words about his work.
I've also used a butcher in Battle Mountain before but I can't remember the name right off the top of my head right now. I'll try and find out what it is and post it later.

I use Marty Kraft. He doesn't like meat to hang in the cooler for too long, so turn around isn't a problem in my experience with him for deer, elk, pigs, and cows.
