Any of you guys hunt it? I just drew it! Its any Elk I will only take a mature bull! and will give it my all! what are my options?
public or private? my hunt is area 415 the marble mt! sept 8-19!

How did you get your results so early? The mail? My brother-inlaw drew antelope, likely tables per. 1. He found out through the mail. Good luck on your hunt. I have never drawn for elk in Ca.

Mail! hoping still for "X" zone Deer! or Ca Antelope tag!
I now have a Southern Utah deer,Ca B zone,now the ELK!
I think they do SHEEP,ANTELOPE,ELK draw 1st, results will be online the 24th . good luck!! Jack

this is the first I heard on ca. results,I know tons of people and no one has heard yet.Usally they send out unsecsesfull notices first

LAST EDITED ON Jun-20-04 AT 01:15PM (MST)[p]Sheep, elk, antelope go out first, then try again unsuccessful deer tag notes, then deer tags starting with earliest opening date, then unsuccessful refund option notes. Since yesterday was the first day anyone got anything, you really want to hear quick for sheep, antelope and elk. Mail may take an extra day or two depending on where you live. But for deer, you want to let a few days pass. Usually tags seem to get there about a day before they post. I wish they would post first, before mailing, like most other states.

Paul- just remember, you drew the grand wazoo of tags a few years ago, a CA sheep tag. I would trade not drawing anything else for quite a few years for that.
