Drew a cow tag for this area...first time to hunt it. Am going to be "semi-guided" by a local acquaintance, but was wondering if any of you have hunted here and if so what is the terrain like up top? I know it is a lot of high desert...but once you get up on the mountains is it still pretty arid / wide open or is it more densely wooded?
Guess I am wondering if there is enough cover to spot & stalk archery hunt???
