Urraca Elk Hunt

A co-worker of mine drew the first rifle hunt for the Urraca wma in Oct. Does anybody have any leads on this unit? There should be a ton of elk there, but I have never personally hunted it.
ps. This will be my friend's first bull tag, and he would be happy to shoot any legal bull.
