Trespass DIY elk hunt

Anyone know of a good tresspass hunt for elk in Colorado (others states considered). Have a group of friends looking for a DIY private land hunt with at least a cabin. 3-5 guys. Rifle season. None have preference points. Want to see some game and at least an opportunity to see a 6x6. Ballpark of $2000. TIA
