AZ late rifle

Due to a full summer/early fall, I need a late hunt this year. Which AZ late rifle hunt would you pick? I don't need monsters, would rather have ample opportunity at good 6pts. Was thinking 6a but the OTC thing this year has me second guessing. 5BS is another consideration. Thoughts?

Don't let the OTC tags scare you away since they are limited to a very small portion of the unit. There is a ton of public land in 6A with a bunch of elk. The late rifle hunt in 6A is a good hunt. My wife drew it in 2001 with one point but nothing since then.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-04-08 AT 01:20PM (MST)[p]The 6A OTC tags are for a very small portion of 6A where most people normally do not and will not hunt elk during any season. There are also very few elk in the area that is open to OTC tags. The OTC tags will not affect any other hunt in 6A. I know a guy who had a 5b late tag this past year and had a very tough hunt. Of course, it seemed that way everywhere.
