Any Good Coyote Calls?

Do you guys know of any good coyote calls that i could use when I go hunting and how many different calls do you want to have and which ones? Who makes the calls and what is the name of the call? I am just now getting interested in Coyote Hunting since we have so many of them here in Central Nebraska plus they are getting all the Pheasants. Later

a circe magnum with a jackrabbit reed and some kind of a squeeker to bring them in close. learn how to howl with a diaphram elk call too. do that first. seems to really help to howl a little before cutting loose with the jackrabbit.

I like the circe jackrabbit also. Another call that has done me good is a critter call peewee. I put a longer barrel on it and now I can make all sorts of racket from high pitched bird to fairly deep cries. I can also howl with it. My favorite call.

Right now I'm using an electronic call I built as well. It was easy to construct and it has a wireless feature so I can get the sounds away from me. It is working great.

One thing I learned long ago is a medicore call in the right place will bring coyotes in but even the best call won't call them in if they aren't there or you spook them getting to the calling spot. Prepare to get your butt kicked while you learn how to sneak in and where to call from. I've said it before and it bears repeating here, 90% of all call manufactured will never call in a critter. Not because there is something wrong with the call, it's the blower, he sucks.
