I have a friend that has a tag.is it better to hunt the east side or is the west side that early in the year I know we need to find wallows and water I know alot about the north end anyone hunted this unit on the bow hunt. thank you

My buddy killed his 300 class bull on the north east side a couple years ago. Tough archery hunt, good luck!!! they scouted all summer qnd never really started seeing elk until september.

Two years ago i killed a 350 class bull on the east side, but last year on my deer hunt i saw some great elk on the west side but not until like september
