I drew a muzzleload rut hunt in the indigo Mckenzie units.. I'm pretty excited being that it is my first serious blacktail hunt. Any suggestions?

That is a good tag and a good area, I've hunted the area a lot for late season archery which falls during the same time period I believe. I've seen some great bucks taken out of there and seen many more on the hoof. PM me if you have some specifics I can help you with.

Well it sounds like your covered with the info so good luck.
Be patient, the rut will progressivly get stronger throughout your hunt. Dont forget your grunt tube....
