My wife's heritage more than mine. We made the pilgrimage to see her family's castle of old. That was really special. Was our first holiday since our honeymoon 20 years ago. First time over the big pond. Was a blast! We saw a lot of Scottish Red Deer. They are the smallest of the European Red Deer. They look like an elk but are the size of a muley. I wish I had of had more time as I just pictured all those sheds laying out there. I talked to one shop keeper that had some sheds for sale. I asked where she gets them from. She told me a young boy goes out and picks them up and then sells them to the shops. Shed hunters even exist over seas.
