Help.... Crossbow Sight

My dad shoots the Excalibur Matrix 380 crossbow.He blew out his shoulder 40 years ago playing college football.
He has been using a 0 power scope in Utah the past couple years. We are looking for an adjustable sight that he won't have to change between hunts in Colorado and Utah. We have looked hard for a similar one like you'd have on your bow and haven't had any luck. Does anybody have any ideas on where to get one? Or some idea?

I use a red dot scope that has the 4 different dots in it. Works well for me. 10 point crossbow does make a pin sight. Not sure if it would work on different brand of bow.
