Does anyone own a accubow? What's your experience? Worth the money? I'm 20 min drive from closest place I can shoot my bow. Looking to build muscle memory get in some extra practice what's your thoughts?

I have no experience with the accubow, but another thing to look at would be the right release sold through the ?nock on? store. A lot cheaper and more portable, but is more focused on practicing your release.

If your single, I'd set up a target in the bedroom, hall, garage, etc and blank bale. I did that for many years when I was in a similar situation.

I actually have the accubow and the nock on "trainer". I use them both quite a bit. I'll use the Nock On trainer while watching TV and I'll use the accubow with the laser during commercials. The Nock On trainer is good to get you to use the proper release form and work on muscle memory and anchor points. The accubow is nice if you want to build some strength. I'll use the laser and try and hold it on a target about the size of a dinner plate, maybe a little smaller. Then when I can't hold it there any longer, I'll up the poundage and do it again, and so on, and so on. I like it for doing that and my wife and kid likes to do that as well. I'll even use it in my office from time to time. As far as the virtual reality app goes for the Accubow, I'm not a fan. First, you have to pay for it which isn't that big of a deal, but then when you buy the app, you only get the target part of the app, not the hunting part, plus you only get 3 arrows. If you want unlimited arrows, you have to pay for it. If you want to do the VR hunting, you have to pay for it. I think I ended up spending another $35 for all of it and on top of that, most of the time it doesn't work. It's fun for about 30 minutes but after that, I really just use if for the laser.
