Vortex is a great company to deal with. I had a broken center post on a High country tripod. I contacted Vortex and received a new center post in the mail in three days. Awesome customer service. I will be looking at purchasing more Vortex products in the future.

Similar experience here. Had a nomad spotting scope set up in the living room. My 11 year old hooked a tripod leg and it fell over onto the hardwood floor. The scope base and swivel ring broke. Sent it in and they sent it back repaired within a week. Very professional and friendly service. I offered to pay for the repair as that is just plain equipment abuse in my mind and she wouldn't hear of it.

agreed! have used the warrenty 3 times now always returned within 10 days from day i shipped. dust invaded in the binos once. broke the binos in half at the hinge another time. and spotter had some debris on interior .
sent in replaced or fixed it no questions asked. great company to work with and they will get my business as i upgrade my optics over the years.
