saftey harness?

I am wondering what tree stand safety harness people are using and why? I have personally never hunted out of a tree stand but would really like to get one or two for my arsenal. I live in Utah so mule deer and elk will be the animals I hunt most often.

I do not care for the vest type of harness, IMO just too much material, too bulky so it doesn't pack well and the vest makes it difficult to get into other pockets on my clothing. The buckles on the leg loops are nice and make for a very quick process of putting on or taking off the harness and adjustments can be made quickly as well. Harnesses I had prior to this one I had to step into the leg loops and that was a PITA.
