Dream Mine Access?

I was wondering if anyone knew if you are able to get up on the dream mine road in Salem?

I've been told it's closed.

A big slide out and un-passable road/trail conditions
have it closed.

They haven't been letting anybody through the gates and the little mountain trail is supposed to be closed and if your caught on it you can be ticketed for trespassing, but with that being said I've seen a few guys still using it.

Trespassing for using a easement? For how many years have they allowed hunters on the private property to get to public lands? At least 20.

They don't allow people up there because people can't keep their greedy fingers out of other people's stuff. They have people who are constantly trying to get into the mine and mine for gold or mess around on the tower. Also beings it's private property if someone were to get hurt on the road they could in turn sue the owners for not maintaining the road or some stupid crap like that.

They closed the little mountain trail do to fear of someone getting hurt on it an then getting and getting a law suit filed against them because it's on dream mine property. After that you were able to go up the road if you stopped and signed a waver releasing them from any responsibility. Then last year somebody vanalized the cell towers on top and after that it's been shut down completely. Or at least that's what they guy who lives next to the gate told me.

I'd never heard of the Dream Mine before. After doing a little online research, talk about bizarre. Sounds like a lesser deal than buying stock is snake oil.
