Beings how and all I am a Non-resident and I have already drawn a Non-resident Mountain Goat Tag in Alaska and a Non-resident Arizona Big Bull tag for this year. I decided to apply for something with pretty long odds. Well I should have played the G%$ D*$& F&^(%*# Lottery. I drew this tag with 3 points. Wife has pretty much flipped out figuring out how much the guide fees will be was doing ok with Arizona and Alaska. Not too bad throwing in this tag is like playing with matches that were soaked in gasoline.

So here I ask you utah guys and I would greatly appreciate brutal honesty. What are the top end Bulls in this unit.

Thanks a lot
Dave

LAST EDITED ON May-24-17 AT 05:57AM (MST)[p]Not familiar with the area at all so can't answer your question. But I will bring up a different idea for you. You can mentor give this to a youth hunter. Maybe take your son or daughter out and let them have one heck of an experience.

At least I think non-resident can still do this.

With a Premium tag and if you go guided you should kill a 370+!

If you put the time in you could kill a 370 bull.Between the three hunts you have 50 + days. Most of the people with that tag hunt 5 to 10 days and come out with a 330-350 class bull.It sounds like you will be busy this year good luck on your hunts.

Thanks guys,

I really appreciate your input on this hunt. If I do anything I will hire scouts. I can do all of the calling and glassing I have all of the tools that a person would need for this hunt. All I am lacking is knowledge of the unit. I am setting aside 20 days for this hunt so I will see where I end up at

I hunted the roadless section 2 years ago during muzzy deer and saw lots of Bulls. 330-350 was very easy to do. I'm sure with time actually pursuing elk 370" was doable. Saw a 380" come out. Pm me and I'll gladly share what I know.

Nice tag to have for sure. Hope you find and take a monster.
