Here is a big buck that I have running around behind the house.

I got him on trail camera last week, and talked to a neighbor who got the other pictures of him last month.

Hopefully he will come by my stand in the next week or two.

Not yet. There is still one more weekend of gun season, and then a muzzleloader season at the end of the month. The bow season also runs until the first part of February, so hopefully there is still a chance. The last I saw of him was from a trail camera photo about a month ago.

The first season was six days starting Dec 1st. They have a second two day season on Dec 20/21 followed by a muzzleloader season from the 27-30. Bow season is open until Feb 1st.

I wish there was a good update. I saw him once more on trail cam in December, and have not seen him or heard about him since. I don't think he was killed during the hunting season or a neighbor or I would have heard about it. I think he either made it through the season by laying low, or he got poached somewhere. Hopefully he will show up again next fall. I have been searching all over for his sheds with no luck
