MuleyBuck009, I started my season off with a bang in Co. with this bull. I then spent the rest of the week chasing around a 170 class mule deer and didn't get the job done. Next came Mo bow season with many frustrating days of hot weather and no movement. I gave up and went to KS and in 30 minutes of actual hunting time killed my Ks buck. Back to Mo and gun season on opening day I took this deer. I spent the rest of bow season all the way to Jan 15 trying to find his 145 inch friend that was running with him with no luck. All in all I would say I was very blessed last year.

Very nice sir !! (public ground ??) you did have a good 2008 season - congrats.

I don't get to hunt for my self too much, but I do get the pleasure of being part of taking some absolutely great animals with all the guiding I do every fall. How could I complain about spending over a 100 days a year in the field each fall.

May 2009 be as good for you !!
