I was reading some older post just wondering if anyone's been out to the shell lease that was sold ? Is it all posted now ? looking at a new map I just bought its all white like private instead of gray. but it might be cause of the map I got . Hunt explore

Nope it is all gone and all sold. I am not sure which map you purchased, but they have map at the Meeker CPW office that shows exactly what was sold.

As far as signs. they were up last year in 2015 marking the property and stating that as of Jan. 1 2016 it was private with no public access.

Thanks again elks , trying to get a feel on how this is going to effect the hunting but I really wont know tell we get there and the season starts !!!!

How will it effect? Not sure, the unit is funky, hunters are funky! Some years that area held a lot of hunters, other years only a couple hunted it. It will force some people into area where they never would have hunted before, but it will not be bad. It is just sucky becuase it is great property and can hold tons of deer for sure.
