Sons Coues

Most importantly, I want to thank Coues79 for all his help. He was there every time we had a question, or needed fresh ideas. Hope I can reciprocate some day with help in NM. Thanks again Jeff.

This was our 2nd ever coues hunt. I still have never had a coues tag, but, would like to remedy that some day.
We hunted hard for 6 days. Glassed relentlessly. New respect for coues deer. They are the an incredible game animal.
We saw lots of deer, and on the 4th day we made a very tough decision to pass on a mature buck. Luckily he was able to take this better buck on the 6th day.

Arizona has been good to us.

Beautiful heavy horned Coues right there - congrats to your son! Great photos as well - that cloud pattern is cool looking. Thanks for sharing your hunt! AZ has been very good to my son and me as well...

Yes it has. Every day was different weather and all was cool. Nothing like the Desert mountains in the winter.
