unit 21 late elk hunt

Old hunter error. Put in for wrong unit, but would still like to hunt. Never been in unit. Any help on where to start looking would be greatly appreciated. Just looking for some elk meat.

I have hunted this unit my entire life and i have never seen an elk. So i would stay away from the bloody basin. Good luck and i would like to hear if you kill or see them.

LT, You have never hunted pine mtn. I guess. Can't go there without finding bears or Elk..........BULL

I've seen them quite a few times right along I-17 between dugas rd and cherry hills road. I once saw a herd of 50 or more in the middle of October.
