16D First rifle finally got it

Well it been awhile Since I was last on her house everybody well it finally happened I got a 16 D tag first rifle can't wife got a nice muley in 6a Her first bow harvest it was great.

If you just now realized you have a 1st hunt rifle tag for 16D you may want to seek medical attention ASAP.

I suspect you will have to hunt hard as even in 16d it's not easy to find a shooter, especially mid - October . I found it a tough year in 16a and 16 d this year .

Second archery we called in over 15-20 bulls nothing big. Biggest was 320-330 did find a few slammers last few days..... tons of elk just trophy quality wasn?t what I normally see in D kind of a bummer. Saw one up and comer that will be on my radar.
