Antelope Area 93/96

Anyone know why a large portion of area 93 got put into area 96? Was it to get more Rock Springs/Green River people more hunting options close to home? Will be interesting to see if the change impacts draw odds.
 
I would hope the change was made to better manage the habitat for what it can handle.
It does appear that region was hit especially hard by the winter.
Traditionaly though, it has good numbers and trophy quality.

I didn't even notice the boundary change, but I did notice the huge tag cut in 93. I rolled the dice and put in for 93 anyway.
 
Saw the new unit created in 96 but stayed away because of winter issues in that part of the state. Curious to see what draw odds are going to be....
 
When I went to G&F meeting they said that part of 93 is less productive than the rest of 93. So not sure how adding it to 96 would help the hunting opportunity in 96.
