Headed to the pinedale area this fall with some time constraints; wondering if any of you know of a good butcher with a fast turn around time?

Has anyone called them recently? I heard they have shut down for good but can't verify that.

He did a moose for me last year, but have not called him this year. If he is shut down Hog Island is @ Daniel Junction.

Used Hog Island in Daniel Junction on a lope and moose with no problems 2 years ago, quick turn around.

Neal Nelson was a butcher at a local market in Pinedale and I believe he worked at the ranch too.
