I have switched out a ton of 700 rem triggers for after market. Super easy if your talking Remington

junior its a kimber mountain ascent, i believe its a timney trigger... came from the factory at what seems like 10lbs... sux

If it's a Timney trigger, they are usually very easy to adjust and if you can't do it yourself it should be a simple, cheap job for a smith.

Yep, Timney is a nice hunting trigger. Pretty simple, but you may want a smith if your not comfortable doing it yourself.

There is a guy with a shop just north of I-80 on 2 nd St. His shop is behind the wooden fence sculpture off of 3 rd St at the Interstate.
CPM also does gunsmith work but Dieter can be something to work with.
Nate is good but takes forever, custom rifle maker.
Dave's Guns might have an idea.

I wouldn't take a slingshot to CPM for repair...and Dieter is a real P.O.S. I don't know how he stays in business, biggest crook in Laramie.
