2017 Tag Numbers

I been wanting to know what the 2017 quotas will be since last summer! I was sure that the tag numbers would only go up for 2017 and 2018 after all the easy winters the west has had. But after this winter I'm not so enthused to find out anymore. I'm sure the quotas will be much lower than what fish and game/bio's were thinking about proposing until old man winter showed up. Anyway, looking forward to see how everything is adjusted.

Dan, thank you for the tip. I just looked it up. Looks like quite a few changes in some units, and then no changes in some others. I see a lot of the youth antlerless mule deer hunts being eliminated due to "extreme winter conditions". Also see a quite a few tag cuts for the Controlled Mule deer hunts.
Ill say this, I'm glad to see Idaho respond quickly to the fluctuations in their wildlife's population. Some other states take years to make any kind of changes, and by then its too late and takes years for it to bounce back.
