N. Warner Rifle deer

I have seen a couple of threads on guys hunts.. I was wondering how people did on them. I have been in the unit 5 times in the last 6 years scouting and killing antalope (archery tags/helping buddies) and will gladly trade info on my knowledge of lopes.

Please feel free to send me a PM. There will be 2 of us going this year and he already have a bunch of intel but I could always use more data or if anyone has a good reccomendation for 9 points I would take that as well..

PM me I have good knowledge of the unit. I would not burn 9 points on the hunt though.

I've never hunted Warner so keep that in mind, but if I had 9 points I would be applying for several other units long before Warner.
Another good solution to having too many points for the unit you are drawing is to ask one or two other people to go with the 2 of you in with your party and then they can offset some of the costs and all that. That way you're not burning 9 points on a unit that takes 3-4 to draw. I'm sure Warner is about as good as most other units in Oregon, so with the exception of a couple, Warner is probably fine.
Check out the draw odds to get an idea of how many points it would take.

I sure wish North Warner only took 3-4 points to draw. In 2011 it took me and my dad 6 points to draw. Looking at last years odds it took 8 to draw.
