I see where a lot of you have elk hunted in Wyoming. after a disappointing deer hunt in region R last year I want to do a better research job for our first Wyoming elk hunt next fall. after many years hunting elk here in Oregon we are looking forward to see what its like elsewhere and are hoping some of you will share your knowledge. Partner and I will have 4 points each for the 2014 drawing, doesn't have to be a trophy unit but with some hard work would hope to have a chance at a decent bull and avoid the crowds that come with the general hunts. Just looking for somebody that has actually elk hunted in Wyoming and can use their experience to point me in a direction to start researching or even areas to avoid. any info is appreciated.
