My cousin has the tag this year and wants me to come help out, anyone have any experience in this unit? I can trade CO info if needed! Thanks

Congratulations on the tag. Any sheep tag in Nevada is a good one. You will be hunting and the Jackson mountain range and that has some of the steepest sheep country on the planet. If you have the means and want to make the most of that hunt you might consider hiring black rock outfitters. If you're going DIY you need to get out there and do a bunch of Scouting. There's not a lot of sheep and they could be difficult to locate. You will need to be in excellent physical condition of course as in most sheep hunts.
Thanks for the offer on the Colorado info. I will take you up on that. I have 15 nonresident points and was chasing unit 44/3 season deer but I'm not getting any younger and may not ever draw that hunt..
Any good alternative suggestions?
PM works for me. Thanks

Thanks for the reply kind sir! If you get in good shape and do a lot of scouting, 44 3rd season is the place to be!
Unfortunately you did not tell me anything about sheep hunting in 035 that I didn't already learn in my two days of research. I was looking for a little less generic info on the unit. If you can provide that, i would greatly appreciate it, and I'll just bet that it might motivate me into giving you more specific information about CO! Thanks ?

I sent you a pm.

If Hunting and Angling Ended
There is no alternative funding system
in place to replace the potential lost
funds for conservation. If hunting and
angling end, funding for wildlife
conservation, including enforcement of
all wildlife laws, will be jeopardized.
Hunters, anglers and shooters actively
support wildlife conservation through
tangible actions such as buying licenses
and paying taxes on hunting, fishing and
shooting equipment. Why are hunters and
anglers so willing to support
conservation through their pocketbooks?
Because people place added value on ?
and are willing to pay for ? what they
can use.
