was wondering if there was anything wrong with road 37 between smithers anddeese lake and then further north. the mao searches i'm using keeps sending me back through prince george and around on the al-can hyw.

I went through there several years ago on a goat hunt and the road was under construction in several places some pot holes here and there but wasnt to bad, although I was to go hunting again last year and the outfitter told me the that several briges were washed out so he cancelled my hunt till this year but I still havent heard from him, hopefully they are open.

The road is open and a decent road to drive; most is paved but some is hard packed. The biggest problem is avoiding wandering moose and or Stone sheep. Check the following website for current conditions or constuction.
