San Juan spring bear

A charge appeared yesterday afternoon on my dad card. Looks like he got lucky and pulled a San Juan spring tag with only a handful of points. This is his first bear tag and likely his last, at 70 years of age. I've been in the unit once so have a rough idea of where to start looking. We plan on doing mostly spot and stalk, which I told is fairly do able on this unit from about the middle of May on.... if anyone has any suggestions on where to look or any other advice, I'm all ears and would be greatly appreciated. Or if you know of anyone with dogs who will be in the area and willing to help out that would be great also. Thanks again and good luck to everyone who drew!
