Talked with an officer from over there this week. Didn?t really want to say what he said to stir the pot even more. According to the one I talked to the picture was taken 3 days after the closure had started. It was only sent out to all the officers by email informing them of the closure. The one pictured is ?old school? and doesn't check his email regularly. So may not of known. And there is an internal investigation going on right now on the guy pictured.
